About Cybersecurity Degrees

Cybersecurity Degrees helps prospective students find and compare cybersecurity degrees at accredited US schools — from a first bachelor's degree or a degree-completion program to a master's or a PhD, on campus, online or hybrid. You can browse by degree level, state, specialization and online format, filter by campus-visit requirements, ABET accreditation, NSA CAE designation, tuition basis and deadlines, and compare up to four programs side by side without creating an account.

What we are — and are not

We are an independent directory. We are not a university, an accrediting agency, the NSA or an application-processing service, and we do not decide admissions. Apply directly on each school's official website.

How the directory is built

We list a school only when it holds a current institutional accreditation recorded by the U.S. Department of Education, and a program only after checking on the school's own pages that it is a cybersecurity bachelor's, master's or research doctorate — a dedicated degree or a formal concentration, labelled as such. Each fact carries the official page it came from and the date we verified it. ABET accreditation and CAE designations come from ABET's and the NCAE-C program's own directories. Details are in our methodology.

Editorial independence

Directory pages are listed alphabetically by default. We do not publish rankings. Schools can buy clearly labelled sponsored placements; payment never changes facts, accreditation information or the order of results.

Coverage

Coverage is partial and growing. We started with a set of schools researched in depth across all 50 states and DC and add more through the same verification workflow. If an eligible program is missing, tell us about it.

Who runs the site
